Services

ValTouch Technologies provides security systems, biometric attendance solutions, CCTV installation, access control, RFID solutions, fire safety, and HRMS integration services to businesses in Bengaluru and Karnataka. All service engagements are subject to a formal work order or service agreement signed by both parties.

Quotations

Quotations provided by ValTouch are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to site assessment and may vary based on actual requirements discovered during the survey. Acceptance of a quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal work order is issued.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are detailed in the individual work order or service agreement. Typically, a percentage advance is required before installation commences, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payment may result in service delays or suspension.

Warranties

Products supplied by ValTouch carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Our installation workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of commissioning. Defects arising from misuse, power fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications are excluded from warranty. Annual Maintenance Contracts are available separately and govern ongoing support after the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

ValTouch Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific service contracted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ValTouch Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Use of Website
